    Archstone Gateway Parking Structures Anaheim, California
        $18 million. Project Engineer. New construction of two parking structures and one building podium within a future apartment development. Performed day to day duties of a Project Engineer as part of the on-site project team.
    Opus Center Irvine Phase III - Parking Structure Irvine, California
        $12 million. Project Engineer. New addition to an existing post-tension concrete structure. Approximately 33,000 s.f. foot print and 7 levels, including the roof level. Joshua performed preconstruction duties such as buyout and bid comparison, and assisted in the initial project set up.

Bovis Lend Lease, Inc. October 2002 - November 2006
    Intelsat Riverside Teleport Expansion Nuevo, California
        $7 million. Assistant Project Manager. A three phase project which consisted of a 4200 s.f. addition to the existing 6200 s.f. data center, a 300 l.f. retaining wall, mechanical and electrical upgrades, and landscaping. It also included the installation of 4 additional satellite antennas and equipment shelters. Joshua performed pre-construction duties including obtaining permits, bid solicitation and comparisons and was responsible document control throughout the project. He also assisted in the day to day management and coordination of contractors and construction activities.
    Amgen Building 91/92 Tenant Improvement Thousand Oaks, California
        $30 million. Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager. Fastrack 150-day project duration which consisted of the build-out of over 200,000 s.f. of class A office space for Amgen Accounting, including a 25,000 s.f. cafeteria and retail space. Joshua was responsible for the procurement and tracking of all submittals, RFI’s, and change directives. He also assisted with change orders, kept project meeting minutes, and facilitated closeout documents.
    British Petroleum – Tenant Improvement La Palma, California
        $4 million. Assistant Project Manager. Restack and consolidation tenant improvement project. Project consisted of two buildings, seven floors, encompassing 70,000 total s.f. This was a fast-track project: demolition/remodel of 33,000 s.f. in 5 weeks. Project included the removal and reinstallation of workstations, including data and telecom, a new Café, which included a full 24-head soda fountain, coffee/cappuccino bar and vending machines.
    Palo Verde Unified School District Blythe, California
        $21 million. Assistant Project Manager. Four modernization projects including a high school, middle school, and two elementary schools performed as multiple prime construction management projects. Bovis Lend Lease provided pre-construction and construction management services for the various projects as owner's agent, working closely with the architect. The balance of the program includes the new construction of a gymnasium and performing arts building at Palo Verde High School.

Wetmore Tool & Engineering January 2002 - October 2002
    Assistant Engineer / Draftsman Chino, California
        Design Standard Tool Prints; Produced cutting tool prints that are suitable for the manufacturing process utilizing AutoCAD release 2000. Prints which are based on both National Aerospace Standards and the company’s manufacturing standards.
        Design Prints for Special Tools; Custom prints which are based on prints received from customers. Requiring close evaluation to determine relevance of specifications to the specific tool to be manufactured.
        Production Management; Preparation of tool orders prior to release to machine operators. Includes providing print of tool, bill of material and order of operations sheet, which is prepared on Vantage (a computer program designed for manufacturing and sales administration).

Eadson and Associates August 2001 – December 2001
    Draftsman Chino, California
        Performed the beginning stages of drafting topographical land surveys. Responsible for conversion of data from field surveys into understandable portrayal of the land surveyed using AutoCAD release 2000. Requiring layer management skills, intermediate knowledge and skill in computer aided drafting, survey data interpretation and basic understanding of surveying techniques.
